Refund policy
1. Return Window
You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. After 7 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the original packaging with all tags attached.

3. Non-Returnable Items

4. How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at nucerycustomercare@gmail.com . If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can make it right.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.
